- health, fitness and wellness are processes, not destinations.
The human body is an integrated chain. By strengthening the weak links in the chain, the entire chain is strengthened. The body is an integrated, dynamic organism, not an isolated static object, and needs to be treated as such when prescribing effective exercise.
Functional Fysical Fitness is based on natural integrated movements of the human body, not isolated muscle action. The formula for approaching an exercise program that promotes Functional Fysical Fitness is F3 = S5.

S5 = Stamina
represents our cardiovascular system, which is responsible for supplying life-giving blood and oxygen to the body. This is the foundation on which to build.
Suppleness
is the predetermined amount of mobility in the human body throughout its various joints. Any deficiencies here limit and impair proper function.
Stability
comes before strength. There are 5 muscle actions that produce movement, and they need to be balanced to achieve skeletal coordination and stability.
Strength
strength involves progressively overloading the neuromuscular system. The more you do, the more you're able to do.
Speed
is integrated after practicing and mastering adequate levels of the previous components.

Human Function is insidiously dis-integrated by modern culture. Dys-function happens from 4 reasons; 1) Underuse, 2) Overuse, 3) Misuse, and 4) Injury.
Every individual develops their own unique weak links, which then translates into limited function. It is necessary to address these weak links to improve function.
The five components of fitness are sequential and interdependent. It is necessary to address them in proper sequence. Functional Fysical Fitness is the re-integration of natural movement.
